St. Regis Changsha: A New Luxury Landmark! On the last night of my trip to Changsha, I stayed at the St. Regis Changsha, a hotel famous for its butler service. I really got to experience the ultimate service of a high-end hotel! If there was such a hotel in Beijing, I would definitely come here often for a weekend getaway. The 90-square-meter suite, the high-altitude swimming pool, and the attentive butler service made me feel like I could write a whole day of papers here without getting tired. Although it is a great hotel, I still felt that it lacked some elements that reflect the characteristics of Changsha. Here is a detailed review of my stay: 1. 📍Location I thought the location would be a bit remote, but it turned out to be very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Changsha Museum, and the hotel is directly connected to the Yunda Central Plaza on the first floor, making shopping and dining very convenient. 2. 💁‍♂️Service Quality The butler service is amazing! A wide variety of soft drinks, coffee, and tea are available all day long. It would be even better if they could add hot chocolate and offer almond milk or oat milk for coffee. The bubble bath is thoughtfully arranged, the room service is responsive, there is someone to help you press the elevator button, and there is staff to guide you into the restaurant. The stay experience is very attentive. 3. 🛏️Room Environment The suite layout is scientific and reasonable, and the overall maintenance is excellent. The European style and high-altitude view create a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The towel rack next to the bathtub has a heating function, the toiletries include facial cleanser, the turndown service includes a steam eye mask, and the sensor light button next to the bed is convenient for nighttime use. Every detail shows the hotel's thoughtfulness. 4. 🍳Breakfast Although breakfast is not available a la carte, it is of high quality and can meet the taste needs of different guests. 5. 🏋️‍♂️Fitness Facilities There is a small exquisite garden between the gym and the swimming pool, which is especially beautiful when the sun shines on it. The gym and swimming pool have a wide view, so you can enjoy the city view while exercising and swimming. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The hotel has excellent soundproofing and impeccable cleanliness. The room is spotless, making you feel at ease. 🏘️Room Type/Layout: The suite is spacious and comfortable, with a reasonable layout and well-utilized space, providing an excellent living experience. 🛌Supplies/Facilities: The hotel supplies are of high quality, the facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the heated towel rack and thoughtful turndown service reflect the hotel's high-end positioning. 💗Other Tips: If you are traveling to Changsha, I recommend staying at the Park Hyatt on the first night and the St. Regis on the last night for a more comfortable itinerary. I was lucky this time, as it was sunny when I went to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, and when the weather was bad, I went to the museum, perfectly avoiding the rainy season in Changsha.
