Is this a Korean or Japanese restaurant?

I found a restaurant in Czech Republic, Cheb, and there was a restaurant that sold both Korean and Japanese food! I wanted to eat Korean food, so I ran over there. They were selling kimchi fried rice and chicken! The food was good, but the owner didn't seem to be Korean. #OverseasFlightEvent #OverseasTravel
