The name "Suika" combines the Japanese words "スイーツ" (sweets) and "カフェ" (cafe), symbolizing the fusion of desserts and coffee. Interestingly, "Suika" also means watermelon in Japanese, hence the name "Watermelon Coffee." The shop specializes in espresso and pour-over coffee, with a seasonal highlight being the "Watermelon Coffee." This refreshing drink combines a coffee base with fresh watermelon juice, making it perfect for hot summer days. As for desserts, I tried their pudding, which had a delightful balance of slightly bitter caramel and sweet layers—absolutely loved it! They also offer muffins in flavors like blueberry, chocolate, and cranberry.
