Otsuka Tomb Located at 95 Minano, Minano-machi, Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture, Otsuka Tomb is one of the many ancient tombs found in the area, and is the largest cut stone tomb in the Chichibu region. It is a prefecturally designated historic site. The opening to the stone chamber is on the left side of the stairs.
