Hokkaido Ramen Dojo "Ebisoba Ichigen"

#Gourmet While on a Hokkaido gourmet tour, I stopped by Hokkaido Ramen Dojo "Ebisoba Ichigen" at New Chitose Airport. There was a line even before the store opened. The ramen broth at the New Chitose Airport store comes in miso, soy sauce, and salt, and I chose miso this time. It's an exquisite broth with the aroma of shrimp and the umami of salt. You can choose the broth as is or with flavor, and the noodles can be chosen from thick noodles or thin noodles. Personally, I prefer the straight broth to the flavor broth blended with pork bones. The store is inside the Hokkaido Ramen Dojo on the third floor of New Chitose Airport, but you can easily find it as there is a line at the entrance. I highly recommend it when you are sightseeing in Hokkaido.
