Itinerary - Day 1: Shitai County: [Shitai Guniujiang] → [Penglai Fairy Cave] Shitai has many attractions, including 4A scenic spots like Xianyu Mountain and Zuishanye. Guniujiang is as beautiful as Jiuzhaigou and Libo Xiaoqikong, with few people and stunning scenery, perfect for photos! Stroll through the area, climb the mountain paths, and breathe in the fresh air of the natural oxygen bar. Penglai Fairy Cave offers a different kind of wonder, with unique karst cave landscapes that showcase the magic of nature. - Day 2: Qingyang County: [Mount Jiuhua] → [Jiuhua Mountain Great Vow Culture Park] Mount Jiuhua is home to many temples and is famous for its incense and wish-fulfillment. Many people come here to sincerely draw lots. If you're fit, you can climb the mountain without taking the cable car and reach the top in less than an hour, enjoying the benefits of aerobic exercise. At the foot of the mountain, the nearly 100-meter-tall statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in the Great Vow Culture Park is solemn and awe-inspiring. - Day 3: City Center: [Qishan Ping Tian Lake Scenic Area] → [Xinghua Village] → [Qingxi Tower] Ping Tian Lake is twice the size of West Lake. Stroll along the boardwalk by the lake, surrounded by mountains and water, as if you're walking through a painting. Accommodation Recommendations Stay in a city center hotel for affordable prices and convenient transportation. Hotels and guesthouses at the foot of Mount Jiuhua are more expensive and less convenient than those in the city center. Food Guide Don't miss Anhui cuisine, especially specialties like stinky mandarin fish. Chizhou is famous for its noodles, but many restaurants were closed during the Lunar New Year, so I didn't get to try them. If you have the chance, be sure to experience them!
