Sri Lankan Tea Experience at Fusha by FUSHATHÉ in Chofu, Tokyo

Located just a 3-minute walk from Chofu Station, Fusha by FUSHATHÉ is a specialty café and shop dedicated to Sri Lankan tea, nestled in the Tenjin-dori shopping street. The owner has personally studied tea knowledge and techniques in Sri Lanka, sourcing around 20 varieties of high-quality tea leaves from seven major tea-producing regions, carefully selected from individual tea gardens. 🌿.∘ On the first floor, you can purchase tea leaves and sample their aromas to find your perfect match. 🎶 These make excellent gifts as well. The second floor features a café space where you can enjoy food items thoughtfully crafted to complement the tea's flavors. Highlights include sweets, as well as authentic Sri Lankan chicken curry infused with spices (limited to 15 servings per day), all paired perfectly with tea. I visited multiple times and ordered chiffon cake and scones, both of which paired wonderfully with the tea. 📕 The interior is filled with soothing classical music, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
