Chongqing, one of China’s most populous cities, is a city built on levels. Every corner seems to be on a new level as you climb and fall without realising - only to turn around and realise you’re stood above the road you were on earlier - without ever taking a flight of stairs. Probably because of that, one of the best views in the city comes from up high. Whether from the bridge overlooking the cable car or the tops of some of the skyscrapers - getting up is the way to go in Chongqing.
