New World Hotels & Resorts Chongqing: A New Interpretation of Japanese Luxury

✨After nearly a year of trial operation as Chongqing Yuhu Hotel, the hotel finally opened as New World Hotels & Resorts Chongqing at the end of last month. - ✨The hotel is in a prime location, adjacent to the national tourist attraction Xiuhu Park, and occupies the heart of the lake on Bishan Yuhu Peninsula, making it the Chongqing version of "one island, one hotel." - ✨The hotel is mainly Japanese luxury style. As soon as you enter, the large green plants and flowers wrap around the black hotel body, and the black and red lobby is very grand. The large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and the endless lake view are very stunning. The sunken lobby is the hot spring area, swimming pool, gym, spa, and restaurant. The atrium is surrounded by an open-air water feature with a fountain and rockery. I love this design, especially when it rains. Several guest rooms are scattered around the lobby. - ✨This time, I stayed in the Deluxe Lake View Suite 5603, which is concentrated in Building 5. 🔸The room is Japanese style, with an area of 65 square meters. The living room has two glass walls with a great view of the lake, and the bedroom has a high-end design without a balcony, inspired by JMG. Welcome fruit with a handwritten card, minibar with 4 capsules of coffee and soft drinks, all free. 🔸Interestingly, the washroom is equipped with a spa bed, and you can make an appointment with a therapist for a spa. The therapists are currently all foreign nationals from Thailand or Indonesia, and the level is very high. 🔸I also visited several other room types. 🔸The Leisure Suite is another Japanese style, with the living room and bedroom facing the hot spring area, and the window view is like being in Kyoto. 🔸The Executive King Room and the basic room have the same style, mainly gray light luxury, with a bit of a Rosewood feel.
