Salt-Grilled Shrimp This is a dish you should definitely order✨️ It's really quite large, as the name suggests! Very satisfying. The charcoal-grilled shrimp was packed with meat and was very plump. ✔︎︎︎︎Grilled Golden-Eyed Snapper This is also a must-try☺️ The plump meat and the saltiness were just right, and I finished it in no time. This would definitely go well with sake! ✔︎︎︎︎Mapo Tofu with Grilled Mackerel and Mozzarella Mapo Tofu with grilled mackerel?! I was quite curious about this, but after trying it, I thought it was totally fine ☺️✨️ It was my first time trying this flavor. I was surprised that grilled mackerel went so well with mapo tofu, but it also went perfectly with the melted mozzarella.
