address: 2800 East Observatory Road Los Angeles, CA 90027 (213) 473-0800 not going to lie, we drove to griffith after visiting the renowned Hollywood sign, which you are able to see from Griffith. parking lots were plenty however it is a popular attraction hence might need to spend time finding parking. free admission with lots to see if you’re into telescope and stuff. this place is one of the few in the world that still produces exclusively live planetarium shows if you like such stuff. also, because of how central it’s located and because it’s up the hill, it’s located at a good spot where you can oversea the skyline of LA. beautiful. do check for operating hours.
