Kaya Night Bar: Rich Japanese cuisine, suitable for gatherings or dates

Jiasong Night Bar is a Japanese-style restaurant and pub located in the East District of Taipei. It was transformed from a daytime coffee shop Cafejiasong. It has a comfortable and spacious environment with indoor and outdoor areas, suitable for gatherings or dates. My friend and I had a lovely evening here and here is our experience. The menu of Kaya Night Club Bar is very rich, with a wide variety of Japanese food and drinks, from sashimi, sushi, rice, wagyu, soup, to beer, sake, cocktails, juice, everything is available, and the prices are very reasonable. We ordered a few signature dishes and drinks and were very satisfied. 🍽️Moonlight Treasure Box: It is a nine-square grid meal made with salmon, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, scallops, conger eel, sea urchin, caviar, sea grapes, and vinegar rice. The seafood ingredients are fresh and delicious, and each bite has a different taste and flavor, which is very suitable for pairing with sake. 🍽️Three Angels: It is a dish made with scallops, sweet shrimps, salmon roe, salmon, and fragrant vinegar rice. It shows the delicacy and deliciousness of Japanese cuisine. Each one is a perfect little world, making people can't help but eat one bite after another. 🍽️Haiyun Steamed Egg: It is a steamed egg made with angel shrimp, salmon, salmon roe, snow crab, sea urchin, truffle and other ingredients. It tastes very fresh and the steamed egg is very smooth.  🍽️ Drunken Clams: This is an appetizer cooked with sake, clams and shredded ginger. The clams are fresh and sweet. 🍽️ Oysters🦪: Japanese Akkeshi oysters, with a very fresh taste, fresh, refreshing and sweet😋.   The drinks at Kaya Night Club Bar are also very unique, with various flavors of beer, sake, cocktails and juices. We ordered a few and liked them all. 🍸Tea Garden upon the Cloud: Dessert-like taste, infused with the fragrance of floral and fruit tea above the cloud. It is made with green tea vodka/grapefruit/melon, and has a sweet taste without too high an alcohol concentration✨.  🍸Late Night Peach: Brandy-sweet peaches with a story. It is made with gin/peach/orange/yogurt, and has a fruity taste with a little sweetness and sourness. It is a must-order for those who like strong alcohol content.  🍸Gorgeous & Handsome In Daian Rood: The combination of fruity, floral and tea aromas is as refreshing as seeing handsome men and beautiful women. It is made of black tea gin/yuzu/elderflower/passion fruit mousse. It tastes a bit sweet and sour, with a low alcohol content, which is very special.  The environment of Kaya Night Club Bar is also very elegant. The indoor area has seats of various styles, including sofas, bar counters, dining tables, and a projection wall where you can watch movies or music videos. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The outdoor area has a large balcony where you can enjoy the night view of the East District, and a small garden where you can feel the breath of nature, which is very romantic. We spent a wonderful night at Kaya Night Club Bar. It is a recommended restaurant and pub. Whether you are gathering with friends or dating your loved one, you can find the right atmosphere and food. If you have the opportunity to come to the East District of Taipei, you might consider coming here.
