Thrills and emotions combined: A day trip to experience the Alpine Coaster in Da Nang

The most unforgettable moment during my trip to Ba Na Hills in Da Nang was undoubtedly the Alpine Coaster. It’s not just a simple ride; it’s an immersive experience that makes you feel like you’re racing through the mountains, adding a definite highlight to your day’s itinerary. Starting at around 8 AM, we departed from our accommodation in Da Nang city and arrived at Ba Na Hills after about an hour. Upon entering, we took the cable car to the summit, where the Golden Bridge appeared, giving the sensation of walking above the clouds. After snapping a few photos, we moved on to the French Village, enjoying a leisurely stroll while admiring European-style buildings and street performances. Lunch was at a buffet within Ba Na Hills. Following that, we headed to the main activity of the day—the Alpine Coaster. Although I felt a bit nervous before boarding, once the ride began, I was completely captivated by the speed and freedom of racing through the forest. The speed is adjustable for safety, so you can also take your time and enjoy the scenery as you descend. Before heading down, we spent some time at the Sun World indoor amusement park, enjoying a few more attractions. By around 4 PM, we took the cable car back down, wrapping up the day’s itinerary. I never expected to find such thrilling experiences in Southeast Asia. A day filled with nature, fun, and emotions. Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, especially the Alpine Coaster, is definitely worth experiencing.
