I went shopping in Dali Ancient Town with my friends in the evening. When we got to Wuhua Building, we felt a little hungry, so we found a restaurant! There were a lot of people in the restaurant, so we ordered a sour soup hotpot. While waiting for the food, we went to the rooftop and found that it was very photogenic! I couldn't help but take a few pictures~ This hot and sour soup base is really delicious! It’s sour and spicy, very appetizing! The yak beef is very generous in portion, tender and firm with clear texture! Lightly dip it in the pot, coat it with the sauce and put it in your mouth. It has a mellow taste and the more you chew it, the more fragrant it becomes. There is also Matsutake rice, in which the plump rice grains are covered with fresh Matsutake. After being mixed evenly, each grain of rice is coated with the fresh fragrance of Matsutake. It is soft and sticky in the mouth, and is full of mushroom aroma!
