Relaxed Dali stay

During my time in Dali, I chose to slow down and simply enjoy the relaxed vibe of the city. I stayed near the beautiful Erhai Lake, where I spent peaceful mornings walking along the water and watching the fishermen at work. The view of the mountains surrounding the lake was stunning and made for the perfect backdrop to unwind. I visited the famous Three Pagodas, their ancient presence standing tall against the sky, offering a quiet moment to appreciate the history of the place. I also strolled through Dali's Ancient City, taking my time to explore the small alleys, local shops, and cozy cafés. Rather than rushing from one sight to the next, I let myself soak in the easy-going rhythm of the city. This trip wasn’t about checking off every landmark — it was about enjoying where I was, sitting down for tea, wandering without a plan, and feeling the charm of Dali at my own pace. It was a calm, refreshing stay that left me with warm memories of the city’s laid-back atmosphere.
