Every thing is incredible inside the cave temple

#celebrateit Dambula Grotto Temple is the largest and well-preserved grotto temple in the country located in Dambula, central Sri Lanka, about a little over 30 minutes by car from Sigiriya Rock. It was registered as a World Heritage Site in 1991 because of its historical and cultural importance. It consists of five grottoes, and the huge nirvana statue with a total length of about 14 metres in the first cave "Grotto of the Holy King" lying all over the cave is a masterpiece. In the 2nd cave, you can see golden Buddha statues lined up narrowly and ceiling paintings painted with sparkling colours, and many golden Buddha statues can be seen in the 3rd to 5th caves.
