Must-Visit Park in Davao City

Another must-visit in your Davao tour is the infamous Davao People’s Park which is located at the verys heart of Davao City. The location is great as it just a few minutes walk away from another well-known tourist attraction in Davao which is the Roxas night market. It is so near the trademark hotels in Davao like the Royal Mandaya hotel, Apo View hotel and Marco Polo hotel (which is closed during our time of visit) There are a lot of things you can do in the park. Capture amazing photos with their giant eagle statue which the region is well-known for. Their entrance arc is great to take pictures also especially during the night where it is lighted with different colors. The park has a playground as well where kids can have fun. They have a stunning fountain as well, and other statues where you can take great pictures. The park has also a lot of benches and tables as well were you can have a picnic - most people choose the ground/grass near the ponds to enjoy the relaxing view. All of this you get to Enjoy for FREE as there is no entrance fee in the park. It is also a very secured place which what Davao is very well known for as well.
