Just back from Detian Transnational Waterfall, here are my honest thoughts~

The majestic roar is like a call from ancient times, or a grand symphony played by nature, intoxicating and mesmerizing, immersing you in this unparalleled beauty. Strolling along the walkway beside the waterfall, every step allows you to feel the warm embrace of nature. On one side is the awe-inspiring waterfall, and on the other is the unique charm of the cultural blend of China and Vietnam. Here, the national border is no longer a barrier, but a bond of friendship and exchange. The beauty of Detian Waterfall is fully displayed through the changing seasons. In spring, peach blossoms add a touch of gentleness and romance to the waterfall; in summer, sunlight and the waterfall interweave to create a brilliant rainbow, dreamlike and illusory; in autumn, the red leaves covering the mountains complement the cascading waterfall, painting a colorful picture; in winter, the waterfall freezes into ice, like a natural ink painting, elegant and tranquil. It's the largest transnational waterfall in Asia and the fourth largest in the world. If you can only choose one attraction, this is it! Takes you to the front of the waterfall for a round trip. 🛷Magic carpet + slide 88r. Takes you up the mountain in two stages. Remember to bring mosquito repellent. ✅The bamboo raft will face the spray from the waterfall, causing varying degrees of wetness, so avoid wearing light-colored, easily see-through clothing. ✅No water release on Sundays. From 12:00 to 14:00, the waterfall has the greatest volume of water, providing the best viewing experience and photo opportunities. ✅Rice Field Coffee House: After getting off the bamboo raft, remember to walk back a bit; there are steps leading up. ✅China-Vietnam Style Street: A very photogenic street with frog ice cream, a baguette museum, Vietnamese yogurt, and other snack shops, all worth a try. ✅Sky Ring Viewing Platform: You can clearly see the Vietnamese countryside on the opposite bank. ✅Bring your ID card. It's required for ticket checking at the scenic area, and if you drive to the border, your ID will be checked multiple times along the way.
