'Ton To-on' Located in Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, this café is tucked away from the bustling streets, offering a cozy atmosphere. ✤ Ton To-on Cheesecake with Matcha and Black Beans ✤ Chai The cheesecake is a delightful combination of baked and rare cheesecake layers. There were several options available, but I chose my favorite—matcha. It had a pleasant bitterness, was not overly sweet, and tasted delicious. The pie served on the side was crispy and added a nice texture. The chai was also comforting and flavorful ☕️. It's great to find a café that opens as early as 9:30 AM. I look forward to visiting again at a leisurely pace.
