This time, luck was truly on my side. The entire Meili Snow Mountain was shrouded in thick clouds the day before, but the next morning, I witnessed the golden sunrise illuminating the peaks. With such perfect weather, I couldn't resist exploring beyond the hotel. In the afternoon, I joined a countryside hike organized by the hotel to Wunongding Village, experiencing this fairy-tale-like hamlet and capturing Meili Snow Mountain from unique perspectives. ▪️ The second-floor terrace of a local home in Wunongding Village offers an unparalleled view. By chance, an elderly grandmother in traditional Tibetan attire sat by the neighboring doorway—her presence against the snowy peaks created a profoundly poetic scene. ▪️ Under the sunset glow, Wunongding Village sparkled beneath the Baima Snow Mountain. ▪️ Cattle and sheep grazed leisurely in the village—I wonder if they too were admiring the breathtaking scenery? ▪️ The terrace outside the Jishan Meili restaurant is perfect for photos with the snow-capped mountains. ▪️ The viewing platform in front of the standalone "Wunongding Shang" villa also boasts spectacular vistas.
