Budaebokkeumbokke is a dish that is stir-fried with sausages, ham, onions, and seasoning sauce on a large iron plate. It is characterized by a large amount of sausages and ham, and a spicy yet sweet taste at the same time. Dongducheon budaejjigae has many similarities to Uijeongbu budaejjigae.
