I regret not coming to Dongguan sooner!!! At Songshan Lake in Dongguan, I saw a European-style castle like Hogwarts. It's truly stunning, especially as the sun sets. Sunlight really is the best filter. Just 1 hour from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The yellow tabebuia trees are in bloom now, making it a great time to visit. 📍 Songshan Lake Misty Scenery, Dongguan 🎫 Tickets: Free 🚗 Driving: Songshan Lake Misty Scenery parking lot 🚌 Public Transport: Navigate to "Bolang Shanzhuang" or take bus 328 to "Binhu Road West Service Area." The European town is right there. 🙋‍♀️Tips: 1️⃣ Choose a nice day to visit! 2️⃣ Bring your own camping gear. There's a large lawn.⛺️ 3️⃣ Driving is recommended. Parking is 10 yuan per day. 4️⃣ You can rent bikes at the entrance. The 22 km loop around the lake starts on the left and goes clockwise. The weather is perfect for cycling or running right now.
