I have admired the scenery of Qingcheng Mountain for a long time. After learning about it online, I directly headed to the back mountain, where I could both hike and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The first pitfall started right after arriving at the high-speed rail station. First, I bought a ticket at the back mountain service point, starting with the shuttle bus ticket, which costs 20 yuan per person. Looking at the route map, you would think the distance is very far. Then, I bought a round-trip ticket for the sightseeing bus, which costs 32 yuan per person. The sightseeing bus didn't take long to depart, and if there was no traffic, it should have taken about 40 minutes to reach the destination. However, we encountered traffic, and it took more than an hour. Considering the winding mountain roads, I was glad we didn't drive ourselves. If you are skilled, you can drive up yourself. The sightseeing bus's final stop is at the back mountain ticket office. Upon arrival, only the ticket office had signs, and the shuttle bus had no signs at all. It was just vans and private cars, the kind you wouldn't dare to take when traveling. Eventually, a few of us pooled together to take a car. They even took our ID cards to verify our tickets . Fortunately, we got in smoothly. The 20 yuan fare was only for a journey of about ten minutes. The key point is that the map's distances are completely disproportionate, causing a huge misunderstanding. If you have good stamina, you can walk there, as there are many shops along the way. The pitfalls at the front of the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain were thus completed. After entering the mountain smoothly, we started hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was indeed very cool, and the scenery was beautiful. The stream water was very cold, and overall, the ticket was worth it. There were many stalls selling snacks along the way, so you don't need to carry a lot of food. The prices are uniform, so it doesn't matter where you buy them. The second pitfall came next: there were no signs along the way, so you had no idea where you were or how far you had to go. You wouldn't trust the map either, as it had already misled you once. When you reach Youyicun, you can take a cable car up or down the mountain. Surprisingly, social vehicles can also take you down the mountain. It felt like I hiked up the mountain path only to find that there was a road for cars to drive up, giving a sense of deceiving outsiders. Well, having visited once, I won't be coming back for a second time.
