#timetotravel This is a perfect place for leisurely stroll when you just arrived in Dunhuang and you haven't started your itinerary yet. If you are looking for a place to relax and avoid the noise and congestion of the other tourists attractions in the city then this is the place for you. It is a large complex so it requires you to walk a lot but in your own space. There are plenty of shades anyway and benches to sit. The architecture of the buildings are very intricate and I really appreciate it as an architect.
