I recently checked in to The Hermitage Jakarta - a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, located on Jl. MT Haryono Kav. 10A in Jakarta. Situated in the city center, the hotel offers excellent accessibility. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The Hermitage Jakarta boasts a prime location with easy access to multiple bus stops and subway stations. The hotel's decor is modern and minimalist, creating a bright and comfortable atmosphere in the lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming and made me feel right at home. Our room had a well-designed layout with ample space, exuding a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped inside. It was fully equipped with amenities, including a TV, safe, desk, and more. The room's comfort level was truly outstanding. The bed was incredibly soft and plush, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from, catering to individual sleep preferences and ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and bright, stocked with a range of high-end toiletries. I especially enjoyed the walk-in shower with its perfect water pressure. The hotel's surrounding area offers a diverse culinary scene. Smarapura Resto's traditional Indonesian cuisine is worth trying, Sama Dengan Coffee serves rich and aromatic coffee, and The Duck King's roast duck is simply mouthwatering. For authentic Italian fare, Ambiente Ristorante is a great choice. Don't miss out on Ikkudo Ichi's ramen and Soto Betawi Bang Husen's local specialty soup – it's a foodie's paradise! One minor drawback is the hotel's distance from some major shopping malls and attractions, requiring taxi rides for each outing.
