[Tokyo/Ebisu] A shop whose appearance changes between day and night!?

Tokyo 𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Ebisu Shigekoku This shop opened in Ebisu in February and quickly became famous. It's a slightly unusual shop that is a bakery and cafe during the day and a bistro and bar at night. It's run by the son of the popular Koenji bakery "Shigekuni 55 Bakery." The sugar butter is very popular during the lunch hour. A simple crepe made with just sugar crepes, cultured butter, and salt. The chewy dough and the lemon accent on the side are the best 🥺🍋 I ate it all in one go ✌️ The bread sold at the entrance is for takeout only 🥐 The owner's mother drives the bread baked at "Shigekuni 55 Bakery" from Koenji every day, and there are about 20 types lined up. The popular items sometimes sell out by lunchtime.
