Also known as ‘Lantern of the North’, Elgin Cathedral is one of Scotland’s most beautiful medieval cathedrals. Work started on the cathedral in the first half of 1200s, and it’s dedicated to the Holy Trinity. Elgin is located between Aberdeen and Inverness. Admission ticket for adult will cost £9.50 and it’s open daily from 10am to 4pm.
