Faro House Delicious Restaurant

Travel mostly greedy fresh restaurants to try, but stay Faro two days went to this very historical Cidade Velha to eat twice, because of the service, food quality and reasonable price very satisfied. Not cheap from fast food restaurants, but very good quality/cost ratio. Sit in the open air both days, with sun but not exposure, no mosquitoes or flies. The first day I had a cup of house white, had a small toast, and the highlight was Cataplana style stewed octopus. Usually grilled, or stewed rice or salad;this is on a copper pan, containing sweet potatoes, shrimp, mussels, tomatoes and plenty of parsley. It was good, the octopus was soft and inside, which might be the reason for the freshness. However, this main course usually must be ordered by two people, one person can request. The next day ate half a dozen seawater rich Faro oysters, octopus salad, fish broth, and pineapple pie. Drink non-alcoholic beer. Octopus salad ok, the fish soup is super good, not fishy but strong fish flavor. The cinnamon flavor of the pineapple pie is too strong, this one is not so good. Staff is very considerate and attentive, and will not specifically ask you to than stick to the soil, but I the next day sincerely that good so have to compare. The bill was around thirty-two euros per meal, which was actually very affordable.
