It's called Osteria delle Tre Panche, and it's located on the 5th floor of a hotel near the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. I visited here because I heard that the white truffle pasta was delicious. The truffle's unique aroma was strong and fragrant, and the noodles were cooked just right and went very well with the oil. The truffle aroma lingered in my mouth even after the meal, which was very nice. I heard that reservations are required because it's such a popular restaurant, but when I visited today (early May), I was able to sit right away at the window seat.
