| Stay at a Chic Hotel in Florence

👋 Hi everyone! I recently stayed at a very unique hotel in Florence: Hotel de la Pace, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, located at Via Alfonso La Marmora, 28. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions, such as the Duomo and the David Museum, which is really convenient. It's also just a few minutes from the train station, and there's a bus stop nearby, so it's very convenient to get around. 🌟 This hotel is a combination of rustic and modern. The exterior retains an old-fashioned charm, while the interior is very modern and comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, quickly checking us in and introducing us to many nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very stylish, with every corner exuding a strong artistic atmosphere. 🔑 The room we stayed in was a bit small, but it was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend choosing a room with a balcony, as it's a very pleasant experience to have a cup of Italian coffee on the balcony in the morning or to relax on the balcony in the evening. However, the mattress was indeed a bit hard, so we used a towel to cushion it, which improved it a bit. 🍽 The hotel's breakfast is also a highlight, with a buffet offering a variety of options, including various breads, fruits, and local pastries, which were very satisfying. We also had a special dinner at the Nabucco restaurant outside the hotel, which was very reasonably priced and highly recommended. 🚶 The surrounding area is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants. Not far from the hotel are Michelangelo Square and Piazza della Signoria, which are home to many ancient buildings and attractions, such as the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. There are also many well-reviewed restaurants nearby, such as Ristorante Taj Palace and Bambi Trippa e Lampredotto, so you won't go hungry in Florence. 😅 However, the elevator is indeed small and slow, so you'll need to be patient, especially during peak hours. If you need to use the parking service, it's best to arrive at the reception 20 minutes in advance, as the parking lot is a bit far away. Although the staff are enthusiastic, they sometimes seem unfamiliar with local tourist information, which is a small regret. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location and overall comfort of Hotel de la Pace. Although there were some minor issues, they were not significant, and I would consider staying here again the next time I visit Florence.
