[The ROOTS neighborhood bakery] 4-18-7 Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 9:00-19:00 (Tuesdays are bagel days) Closed on Mondays No credit cards, electronic money accepted 2 parking spaces available Take-out only This bakery is located about a 5-minute walk from Yakuin Odori Station and serves delicious hard savory breads. They also have maritozzo and sweet breads. The small shop is lined with breads, all of which are mouthwatering! I went there right after it opened, and since the shop is small, there was a line outside, but the turnover was fast.
