Founded in 1961. This is "Daihakuken", a long-established ramen shop in Hakata. The interior of the shop has a strong Chinese atmosphere. It has a nice atmosphere, doesn't it? 😊 There are counter seats and table seats. The ramen soup is light. I think it's soy sauce pork bone. The noodles are curly noodles, which is rare for Fukuoka's pork bone ramen. The menu starts with a simple "Ramen (550 yen)". It continues with "Yakimeshi (600 yen)", "Sara Udon (650 yen)", "Champon (650 yen)", and "Kaedama (100 yen)". This ramen shop is located in an alley just off Taihaku Street.
