[Fukuoka] Back fat soy sauce ramen in Nishijin

This ramen shop is located near Nishijin Station in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Apparently, their specialty is miso ramen and soy sauce ramen with plenty of back fat. I wondered if it would be okay for people in Fukuoka Prefecture to eat back fat, but I was relieved to find that I could choose the amount of back fat. The taste was lighter than I expected, and it was delicious as a soy sauce ramen!! #gourmettrip
