Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is located in the central city of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. As one of the representative tourist spots in Fukuoka, its greatest charm lies in its many historical sites. The 'Goshin-ushi' (sacred cow) statue next to the visitor center is said to grant wisdom if you touch its head, and its horns are polished shiny from all the touching. The park is elegant and tranquil, with the autumn and winter maple scenery being incredibly romantic. The beautiful small bridges, flowing water, and Japanese gardens make it a great place for taking photos, especially if you're wearing a kimono.
