Yilan Ramen is located in the Chuanduan District, Zhongzhou, Hakata. The height of the building is close to 10 floors, and each floor is hung with red lights! Unlike others, there is a Lanwutai here. You don&#39;t need to separate the wooden boards to eat noodles!

Each seat is divided by a partition, so you don’t have to worry about other people’s gaze, so it seems like it would be good to eat alone😆Also, you can order ramen according to your own taste by choosing the thickness of the noodles, the richness of the soup, the amount of oil, and the toppings, so I was able to eat ramen that was just right for my taste🥹🫶🏻 Such a great system!! 入到去比想像中細間，但裝修望落好精緻大方～

湯底：有九州豉油、胡麻味噌、辣味噌三種可以選擇
按人頭上菜，食完之後可以再加牛腸同蔬菜～
食到最後嗰陣，按日本嘅邊爐文化嘅話，會加飯或者麵做收尾，叫「お締め」（OSHIME）。而嚟到九州嘅話，我全力推薦強棒麵！！係日式嘅中華麵，係長崎嘅特色美食，比其他麵粗身，重點係佢會吸晒啲湯汁，食入口每啖都係精華！🍜

好感動六花舍冇令我失望🥹 之前食過幾間大家評分超高嘅牛腸鍋店，但都好一言難盡，啲牛腸好似橡筋咁點都咬唔爛，尤其第一次食嗰陣，仲懷疑咗自己好耐，係咪煮嘅方法有問題🤨

I've been wanting to try this small restaurant specializing in beef tripe hotpot for a long time🍲 Finally managed to find the time to go ><🤍
The place was smaller than I expected, but the decor was exquisite and elegant.
🍴Menu
Soup base: You can choose from Kyushu soy sauce, sesame miso, or spicy miso.
The dishes are served per person, and you can add more beef tripe and vegetables after finishing.
At the end of the meal, following Japanese hotpot culture, you can add rice or noodles to finish, called 'oshime' (お締め). When in Kyushu, I highly recommend the champon noodles!! These are Japanese-style Chinese noodles, a specialty of Nagasaki. They are thicker than other noodles and absorb all the soup, making every bite a burst of flavor!🍜
I was so moved that Rokkasha did not disappoint🥹 I've tried several highly-rated beef tripe hotpot places before, but they were all quite disappointing. The tripe was so rubbery that it was impossible to chew, especially the first time I tried it, I even doubted my cooking method for a long time🤨

Eating warm oden in Japan during winter is truly a blessing~💖 But note that oden might not be available every day, depending on the convenience store's arrangement, so keep an eye out!
🍓 Seasonal special: Strawberries
It was the peak strawberry season in March, and I got strawberries at a super affordable price🍓 Indeed, strawberries + condensed milk is the perfect combination!

Walking into the store, it feels like you have traveled into a dream world dedicated to ramen. The warm lighting and the light wood fragrance interweave to make people feel relaxed.
I chose the traditional solo dining booth, where every detail is carefully designed to allow one to enjoy ramen without being disturbed. I ordered a bowl of classic tonkotsu ramen, the aroma was fragrant and the soup was rich, it was like a feast for the taste buds. The noodles are just the right amount of soft and tough, and paired with the barbecued pork that is cooked to perfection, every bite is full of satisfaction.
Here, every bowl of ramen is not just food, but more like a work of art. The diners quietly enjoyed their food, letting time pass by and forgetting the hustle and bustle of the outside world. After finishing the meal, I still felt unsatisfied and the delicious taste of this bowl of ramen emerged in my mind, making me look forward to returning to this charming place again. 📍らーめん おいげん 豚骨らぁ麺・醤油らぁ麺 / 다자이후 역 바로 옆에 있음. 들어가자마자 사장님도 넘 친절하고, 라멘 국물도 찐해서 맛있음! 세트 메뉴 시켜서 벤또도 같이 나오는데 이게 또 존맛탱👍🏽(사진 3)

📍Yakitori to Irori Kurofune / 야끼도리가 맛있었던 이자카야. 오픈 주방이라 꼬치 굽는 것도 보면서 하이볼이나 맥주마시기 좋았음! 일본 분위기 가득한 이자카야 원한다면 꼭 추천하는 곳.(사진 4)

📍하카타 우오가시 まわる寿司 博多魚がし 博多1番街店 / 일본의 회전초밥을 맛볼 수 있는 곳! 코로나 이후로 회전초밥은 그림으로 돌아가고 직접 주문해서 받아먹는 형식으로 변했는데, 그래도 분위기도 좋고 맛도 좋아서 회전초밥집 가고 싶다면 추천하는 곳.(사진 5)

📍츠키지긴다코 캐널시티하카타점 築地銀だこ / 한국인들 입맛에도 아주 맛있는 타코야끼 맛집. 캐널시티 안에 있어서 쇼핑하다가 허기지면 간식으로 먹기 딱 좋음!(사진 6)

📍미트 텐진 호르몬 이마이즈미 天神ホルモン 今泉店 / 야끼니꾸 먹고 싶어서 찾게된 곳인데, 호르몬도 맛있고 야끼니꾸도 최고였던 곳. 큐알로 주문하면 되니까 쉽고, 고기가 맛있어서 입에서 걍 녹안내림ㅠ 배부르게 하이볼까지 마시고 10만원도 안나와서 놀람. 꼭 추천하는 맛집!(사진 7)

📍키와미야 함바그 極味や 福岡パルコ店 / 후쿠오카 가면 꼭 먹는 함바그 맛집 키와미야! 한국인들에게 너무 알려진 곳이라 웨이팅 필수지만 안갈 수 없는  그런 맛이라.. 어쩔 수 없이 한시간 줄 서서 먹게되는 곳. 개인적으로 오픈런 추천..!(사진 8-9)

Nikugoboten Udon is the signature udon, and it's nothing special, but it's delicious, and the owner is very kind! Katsudon is also delicious, and if you just want to feel the local atmosphere, come here! (Photo 2)

📍らーめん おいげん 豚骨らぁ麺・醤油らぁ麺 / Right next to Dazaifu Station. The owner is very kind as soon as you enter, and the ramen broth is thick and delicious! I ordered a set menu and got a bento box, which was also really delicious👍🏽(Photo 3)

📍Yakitori to Irori Kurofune / An izakaya where yakitori was delicious. Since it was an open kitchen, it was nice to watch them grilling the skewers while drinking highballs or beer! If you want an izakaya with a Japanese atmosphere, this is a place I highly recommend. (Photo 4)

📍Hakata Uogashi まわる寿司 博多魚がし 博多1番街店 / A place where you can taste Japanese conveyor belt sushi! Since Corona, conveyor belt sushi has become a painting and changed to a format where you order and eat yourself, but the atmosphere and taste are still good, so if you want to go to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, this is a place I recommend. 📍Tsukiji Gindako Canal City Hakata Branch 築地銀だこ / A takoyaki restaurant that is very delicious even for Koreans. It's inside Canal City, so it's perfect for a snack when you get hungry while shopping! (Photo 6)

📍Meat Tenjin Horumon Imaizumi 天神ホルモン 今泉店 / I found this place because I wanted to eat yakiniku, and the hormone was delicious and the yakiniku was the best. It's easy to order with QR, and the meat is so delicious that it just melts in your mouth. I was surprised that I drank a highball until I was full and it didn't even cost 100,000 won. A restaurant that I definitely recommend! (Photo 7)

📍Kiwamiya Hamburger 極味や 福岡パルコ店 / Kiwamiya, a hamburger restaurant that you must eat when you go to Fukuoka! It's a place that's so well-known to Koreans that you have to wait in line, but it's a place that you can't miss... A place where you have no choice but to wait in line for an hour to eat. Personally, I recommend Open Run..! (Photos 8-9)

너무 예쁘더라구요. 

분위기도 좋고 무엇보다 
커피 맛이 무척 좋았어요! 
도자기와 각종 소품들도 팔고 있어 구경하는 
재미도 있었어요. 

쇼핑거리로 유명한 텐진 다이묘 거라에
위치하고 있어 여행 중 들리기도, 쇼핑하다 쉬기도 
좋을 것 같아요!

A hidden cafe in downtown Tenjin Daimyo,
a perfect place to watch the rain,
Yuyu.

I was a little surprised to find such a refreshing cafe hidden in the middle of a busy city!

The exterior was green
and the seats were green
so pretty.

The atmosphere was good, and most of all

the coffee tasted really good!

They also sell pottery and various small items,
so it was fun to look around.

It's located in Tenjin Daimyo,
a famous shopping street,
so it would be nice to stop by during your trip or take a break from shopping!

It's gotten a little chilly now,
so how about a warm and cute cat latte?

If you are looking for a hidden restaurant full of Japanese people in Canal City full of Koreans, I recommend this place

When I visited during lunch time, most of the people were office workers who came out for lunch, and I was able to enter after waiting for about 20 minutes

There is no Korean menu, but the staff kindly introduced each one in awkward Korean🤍

They sell various fish set menus and set menus,
but the best menu is definitely the mackerel stew set menu

It is clean and has a simple taste, and when you order a set, you can add +1 side dish and +1 rice refill

The price is also reasonable, so if you are looking for a restaurant with a good atmosphere, save it and visit
