🩵Blue Flower Fields in Fukuoka, Japan🩵

Visiting Fukuoka at the end of April, although the cherry blossoms are no longer in bloom, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the stunning nemophila flower fields🩵🩵🩵. This beautiful spot is located in Uminonakamichi Seaside Park. From Tenjin Station, you can take a bus directly to Uminonakamichi Seaside Park. Alternatively, you can take the subway, though it requires a few transfers. However, the scenic views along the subway route make the journey worthwhile. Every year from late April to mid-May, the nemophila flowers are in full bloom, creating a vast sea of powder blue blossoms. It’s truly breathtaking and a perfect time for photography enthusiasts. A friendly reminder: make sure your phone is fully charged because you’ll find yourself snapping photos non-stop! 😆 In addition to the nemophila fields, the park also features various tulips and other flowers scattered throughout, making every corner a picturesque spot. It’s a place that fills you with joy and serenity. The park is quite large—I spent an entire day there and still couldn’t explore it all. Next time, I’ll definitely wear sportswear and rent a bike to tour the entire park. Besides the flower fields, there’s also an aquarium (with an additional fee), a zoo where you can feed capybaras, and plenty of children’s attractions like long slides, bouncing facilities, and a pool called the Adventure Pool. If you plan to enjoy these activities, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes for a change. A helpful tip: there aren’t many restaurants in the park, and they can get crowded during peak hours. I highly recommend bringing your own food for a picnic, which is also a delightful experience. 👍🏻 This park is perfect for family outings, romantic strolls for couples, or fun photo sessions with friends.
