I went there in October 2021. You can enjoy tea and sweets while looking at the beautiful garden. It costs 100 yen to just look at the garden, and 500 yen if you also have tea and sweets. The receptionist at the payment desk and the person who brought the tea were all very gentle and kind, which made me feel at ease. It was a Sunday, but I just dropped in and the Japanese-style room was available, so I was able to take a break. It seems that you can't take a break unless it's available for a tea ceremony.
