It was raining heavily that day, and as newcomers, we didn't know where to go, so we decided to wander around Shangxiahang. Unexpectedly, this walk led us to discover the warmest side of Fuzhou.💖 🌟 First Impression: Blessed City As soon as we entered Shangxiahang, we were attracted by the fluffy character "福" (meaning "blessing" or "good fortune"). Soft and cute, it was as if Fuzhou was whispering to us, "Welcome to the Blessed City."📸 As we walked, we saw an old tree covered with McDonald's logos. Its retro and quirky style felt like time had played a joke here, and we couldn't help but take a few pictures. Our friends on social media were all asking where this was. 🛍️ Cultural and Creative Shops and Street Food Shangxiahang's pedestrian street is home to many cultural and creative shops. Each one is unique, from handicrafts to retro gadgets, we couldn't stop browsing. We especially loved a small shop selling Fuzhou-themed postcards. We bought a few to send to friends—it felt so special. Rainy days and delicious food are the perfect match. In Shangxiahang, we tried fish balls, meat swallow, and taro paste. Every bite was full of Fuzhou flavor. Especially the bowl of steaming hot fish ball soup, it instantly dispelled the chill of the rainy day. 💡 Hidden Gems, Waiting for You to Discover Although we strolled around for an afternoon, we felt like there were still many hidden gems yet to be discovered.
