Next time you come to Fuzhou, stay at this hotel—comfortable and affordable!

Recently, due to work reasons, I stayed at Velos Hotel (Fuzhou Shouzhang Hangcheng Metro Station Branch), and today I want to share my experience with you. 🏞️ Surroundings and Transportation The hotel is about a half-hour walk in a straight line from Hangcheng Metro Station on Fuzhou Metro Line 6. Although it’s not right outside the metro exit, the walk is still acceptable. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. There’s also a lively night market nearby, making it super convenient for evening strolls and snacks. There are quite a few construction projects nearby, so it should become even more prosperous in the future. 🏨 Hotel Lobby and Front Desk Walking into the lobby gives a clean and bright feeling, with a simple and elegant decoration style. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, checked me in quickly, and thoughtfully introduced the hotel’s various services. My impression instantly improved! 🛏️ Room Experience The room was arranged very cozily and cleaned thoroughly. The bedding was comfortable—I slept very well at night. The room was quite spacious, with appropriate lighting, free drinks, and complimentary fruit upon check-in. When I returned to the room at night, I even found thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea snacks. The bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries, and the toilet even had a disposable toilet seat cover—great attention to detail! 🍽️ Dining Experience The hotel has a warm and exquisite buffet breakfast hall that can accommodate 70 people at once. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options to satisfy different tastes. 🧹 Facilities and Services The hotel’s facilities are quite complete and have everything you need. During my stay, the housekeeping staff was very diligent; even though I stayed only one day, they proactively cleaned the room in the morning. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the walk from the metro station to the hotel is a bit far.
