📍Galapagos island, Equador ⏰2018.02 There was something I had been saying since I was in my second year of middle school. ‘I’m going to go to Galapagos.’ In my vague memory, I think I was captivated by a documentary about Galapagos when I was young. My parents also supported my Galapagos trip from then on.. They only cheered me on.. I started researching Galapagos trips in depth after I went to college, but there wasn’t much information, and there were many things like cost and security issues that got in the way. That’s how. When I turned 30. I had the opportunity to make Ecuadorian friends!! I went to Galapagos, which I had dreamed of for half my life. From Shanghai to New York to Quito, the capital of Ecuador. The moment the plane from Quito landed in Galapagos, I cried because I thought I had finally landed on this land 🥺 I traveled to different islands by boat every day, and these are pictures of various animals I met in Galapagos. The Galapagos tortoise studied by Charles Darwin, 🐢 Marine iguanas that evolved to swim and eat seaweed because they were trapped on the island and had nothing to eat. (They get startled and fall over when they meet them while swimming) Seals scattered all over the beach. When I was swimming in the sea, the cute seals kept barking and following me, asking to play.. (Actually, I was scared that they would bite me) A blue-footed booby. In addition to these, I saw many animals in the sea, such as sharks, rays, and turtles. Later, when I learned about scuba diving and heard about it, I heard that Galapagos is the dream destination for divers. I wonder how pitiful and sorry I am for not going diving in Galapagos. Hahaha. Yes, I feel bad too… … . Hahaha I feel bad too for snorkeling with seals. Haha Will I be able to go there again someday?
