Dim Sum Specialty Restaurant Tim Ho Wan

🔮 I visited the Tim Ho Wan branch in Samseong-dong. I tried their dim sum, chili shrimp, and Sichuan-style wonton noodles, and they were delicious. With both the Michelin Guide and Blue Ribbon accolades, my expectations were high, and the place was crowded with a long wait time. However, the food lived up to the hype. The wontons served with the Sichuan-style noodles had a unique flavor when mixed with the sauce, and it was quite enjoyable. 🌳 The chili shrimp we ordered was not as spicy as I expected; instead, it leaned more towards a sweet flavor. The dish was not greasy, and the batter was thin, making it a clean and enjoyable dish overall. 🍁 The Sichuan-style wonton noodles had a perfect balance of moderate spiciness and soy sauce, with the wontons generously filled with meat, making it a satisfying main dish. The noodles were slightly chewy, well-coated with the sauce, and left a clean finish without any greasiness. 🌲 🌺 Overall, while there was a bit of a wait at Tim Ho Wan's Samseong branch, the staff was friendly, and the food was mild and light in flavor, making it a place I would definitely revisit.
