I visited on a weekday and they upgraded my room for free, so I was able to stay in a better room. It was a place with a clean and simple interior like a new hotel, good room condition, and satisfactory customer service. In particular, it was great to watch the sunrise, which was the biggest reason I stayed at this hotel. In the cold winter like these days, it feels burdensome to go outside and watch the sunrise, but the biggest charm of Winner's Hotel is that you can watch the sunrise by just drawing the curtains and lying in bed as soon as you wake up. You can go out to the terrace, but if it's too cold, lie in bed and watch the sunrise through the large window. It's very romantic.
