Solnaeeum offers a variety of sotbap (rice cooked in a pot) options, making it a great place to enjoy according to your preferences. I ordered the seafood jang and eel sotbap. The seafood jang came with a variety of ingredients like abalone, scallops, soy sauce marinated crab, soy sauce marinated shrimp, and soy sauce marinated salmon, which I really liked. Mixing the soy sauce marinated crab with the sotbap makes it disappear in no time. The combination of Korean dessert nurungji (scorched rice) with abalone and soy sauce marinated shrimp is the best! Eating nurungji after the meal makes you feel comfortable and more satisfied. The eel sotbap had neatly placed eel on top, making it look great in photos, and the eel was as soft and moist as it looked. The seasoning was just right, not too salty, making it easy to enjoy the meal.
