Seoraksan (Sokcho Side)

#summervacay Seoraksan from the Sokcho entrance is next level. Like, you show up thinking you’re just gonna take a few pics and suddenly you're halfway up a mountain wondering why everything looks like a desktop wallpaper. The views? Unreal. The air? Crisp. The vibe? Immaculate. We took the cable car up to Gwongeumseong Fortress (highly recommend if you’re not feeling a full-on hike) and wow, it’s like standing on top of the world. Even if you’re not a hiking person, you’ll still find stuff to explore. There’s temples, chill walking paths, and photo ops every five seconds. Tons of trails to choose from, whether you're in the mood to casually stroll or go full mountain goat. It can get a little busy, especially on weekends, but it never felt overwhelming. Grab some snacks at the base, bring a layer (weather flips fast!), and just take your time. Seoraksan (Sokcho side) is one of those places that seriously hits you with the “wow, Korea is beautiful” feels.
