Genting Highlands

We took a day trip to Genting Highlands from Kuala Lumpur. We booked bus tickets online from KL Sentral to Genting Premium Outlets Awana station - the ride was about an hour, and the 20 ringit ticket included a cable car ride up to the resort and casino. After hopping off the bus, we spent several hours at the outlet mall having lunch, drinking coffee, and doing some shopping. Then we hopped on the cable car and rode up - unfortunately, it was drizzly and cloudy so fog obscure most of the view. The resort and casino at the top is impressive - there is a theme park for kids, a two-story casino, mall shops, and plenty of restaurants. #timetotravel #malaysia #gentinghighlands
