Fish Scooping Fun at Genting

#gentingtrip During my Malaysia Genting trip, I came across this cute and colorful spot called LaoLao Fish Scooping. The bright lights and playful setup immediately caught my attention. Rows of shallow tanks filled with tiny fish and small stools lined up beside them—this place looked like a mini game booth you’d find at a Japanese festival! I didn’t expect to find such a nostalgic and interactive game here. You’re given a paper scooper, and the challenge is to catch as many fish as possible before the paper breaks. It was surprisingly fun and relaxing! The little fish were quick, but that made the game even more exciting. Whether you're with friends or kids, this is a sweet little activity that brings out your inner child. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for something lighthearted in between all the Genting adventures!
