Fusion on a Plate

#gentingtrip Beena’s menu is full of surprises! I went for a plate of spaghetti with chicken cubes and broccoli—yes, fusion pasta in a local café! To my delight, it worked. The sauce was rich, and the pasta was al dente. My friend tried the Chee Cheong Fun, topped with thick sweet sauce, crunchy shallots, and sambal. It was nostalgic yet elevated. We left with happy bellies and no regrets.
