Penang Fishing Village

Chew Jetty, another great landmark of Penang, is a World Heritage-listed fishing village. Most of the residents are Chinese who migrated from Fujian and Guangzhou in 1882. There are 6 jetties, all named after the surnames of the founders. The style is an old Chinese-style wooden house that juts out into the sea, decorated with street art for visitors to take pictures.
