[Gifu Gero Onsen] A delicious Japanese-Western fusion course meal🍱

Introducing the dinner at Suimeikan 🥢 ⁡ It was a Japanese-Western fusion banquet, and everything was delicious...!!! And the amount was just enough to fill me up, so I felt happy 🥺🧡 -------- ⚫︎Appetizer There were a lot of bite-sized side dishes, and they were delicious!!! I especially liked the chewy tofu in the dashi jelly 👀 ⁡ ⚫︎Sashimi 🐟 Squid and tuna were served. There was quite a lot of it, so as a sashimi lover, I was grateful!!! ⁡ ⚫︎Shrimp stew with clams and green laver 🍲 The shrimp stew was fluffy and delicious, and I drank up all the dashi 🥺 ⁡ ⚫︎Local trout baked with potatoes wrapped in cellophane 🥔 Both the trout and potatoes were delicious.
