It is the only church in Glasgow to be run by the Society of Jesus. It is located on Rose Street and is adjacent to St Aloysius' College in Glasgow. There is a main altar and five other altars to the left and right of the main altar. Two of the altars are dedicated to St. Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits. as this is a Jesuit church, the other is dedicated to St John Ogilvy. Lovely marble columns throughout. beautiful church with an atmosphere of holiness and tranquility that is hard to find. well worth a visit.
